About AuRatePulse

AuRatePulse is a free, publicly accessible tool for comparing Australian financial rates. Our goal is simple: aggregate useful financial data and make it available to everyone, without a paywall, subscription, or account requirement.

What we do

We pull rate data from multiple sources and present it in a clean, easy-to-compare format. Rates are updated daily so you're always working from current information. We don't accept payment to feature or rank any product — the rankings are purely based on rate, highest first.

Where the data comes from

Australian banks and financial institutions are required by law to publish their product data through the Consumer Data Right (CDR) open banking framework. We pull from those standardised APIs daily to keep our data current.

For institutions that don't yet publish via CDR, or where CDR data is incomplete, we supplement with data collected directly from lender websites. Where we do this, we verify the data carefully and cross-reference against the source.

We always recommend verifying rates directly with the bank before making any financial decision. Rates can change and there may be conditions or eligibility criteria that affect the rate you're offered.

Who we are

AuRatePulse is operated by Virgola Limited, a technology company building a network of free financial data tools. Our other sites include AUSavingsPulse and AuDirectorPulse.

We believe that Australians deserve clear, unbiased access to financial rate data without having to navigate affiliate-heavy comparison sites or sign up to anything. That's why every page on this site is freely accessible and we don't gate data behind a login.
